Windlab invites community members interested in learning more about the Junction Rivers project to a local drop-in session in July.

Junction Rivers is a proposed 750MW renewable energy project, 15km south of Balranald that will power up to 434,000 NSW homes and cut over 2 million tonnes of carbon from Australia’s energy generation profile every year.

The project will deliver many regional benefits including up to 400 construction jobs, and a Community Benefit Fund to help deliver sustainable development initiatives that align with local needs.

As part of the approvals process, an Environmental Impact Statement has been submitted to government and will soon be on public exhibition.

The drop-in sessions provide an opportunity to meet the project team, learn more about our plans and the approvals process for Junction Rivers and share your feedback.
